On November 19, at the Hotel Grand Arc Hanzomon, Takashi Anzai (Special Advisor to Seven Bank, President of Toyo University) gave a lecture about “Currency as Diplomatic Defense, Cash, Digital Currency, Libra”. He talked about the importance of settlement in market economic development and the importance of home currency for defense. Participants were also presented his book titled “Hajimariha 'Kodomo ginko(The beginning was "Children's Bank” published by Nikkei Publishing Inc..
