On May 11, Kentaro Sonoura (Special Advisor to the Prime Minister, Member of the House of Representatives) gave a lecture on "Japan's Diplomacy" at the Financial Issues Study Group. Before the historic US-North Korea summit meeting in Singapore, I was able to hear a very interesting story from Representative Sonoura about how the world is moving now.
