On April 23, we held a lecture on "Toward 2020, go ahead to earning Tokyo" by Yuriko Koike, the Governor of Tokyo at the Hotel New Otani. In the lecture, it was stated that three cities, namely safety city, diversity and smart city, will be realized with the keywords of growth and maturity. In addition, Ms. Koike enthusiastically talked that she wanted to reverse the three “Y”, no Yume(dream), no Yuuki(courage), no Yaruki(motivation), and present a bright Tokyo figure.
