On July 11th, at the Financial Issues Study Group, we conducted "Creation of Shared Value (CSV) Management of the Japanese Life Insurance Market and Aflac" with Charles D. Lake II (President of Aflac International) as a lecturer. The background of Aflac and the sale of cancer insurance in Japan were introduced, and the management that makes use of Aflac Way's corporate philosophy was helpful.
