​このページはSAPA会員のビジネスを促進するためのプラットホームです（定款第3条および第4条）。掲載できる方は会員の有資格者のみとし、取引にかかる責任はそれぞれのカウンターパートに帰属します。また、掲載にかかる費用、取引成約にかかる仲介料・報酬について、SAPAは徴収せず非営利事業で行います。

​This page is a platform for promoting the business of SAPA members (Articles 3 and 4). Only those who are qualified members can post, and the responsibility for transactions belongs to each counterpart. In addition, SAPA does not collect posting costs, brokerage fees or fees for closing deals, and operates as a non-profit business.
