On June 29, after the 6th General Meeting of SAPA, we held the symposium about "Russia Information warfare against the military challenge with all their might" from 14:00 by Dr. Chiaki Akimoto (RUSI Special Representative of Japan (RUSI) at Kanda Square conference hall B.
The RUSI report (February 15, 2022), which revealed in advance the Russian invasion plan, was introduced, saying that there were signs of Russian military action from 2021. The Ukrainian War is not a regional conflict, but a global war (Land Power vs. Sea Power) involving economic, information, and military aspects of Western values and interests.
Dr. Akimoto argues that Russia will weaken, and China will rise in the future (the resume used at the symposium is posted in the minutes of the member page).
