Meeting with former Thai Prime Minister Thaksin
Mr. Kiyoshi Mizuno, Chairman of the Pan-Pacific Asia Exchange Association, reunited with former Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra, who visited Japan, at a hotel in Tokyo on the 17th. The talks covered a wide range of themes, including not only the situation in Thailand but also the international situation, and the meeting lasted about an hour and a half. He has been friends with Mr. Thaksin since he was prime minister in 2006, and has contributed to the development of Southeast Asia through JETRO. Mr. Thaksin was originally from the Hakka Hakka of the Kingdom of Thailand (real name: Tatsushin Oka) and served as the 31st Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand and a member of the House of Representatives.
